Pre-roll video advertising.  The pre-roll ad is designed to use the ArkLaTexHomepage.com video player and content to place a message in front of site visitors that is unavoidable, but also seamless in the playback of site video content.  However, we cap the length of the video ad at :10 or :15 seconds, as we do not want to disturb too greatly the visitor's experience.  This is in contrast to most other websites, which display video ads in :30 second lengths.
