13th District Representative, Mac Thornberry weighed in on the health care issue that's already been put before the U.S. Supreme court.

Thornberry says he believes President Obama should not be telling the Supreme Court how to do its job. And the congressman added that he thinks most people believe the Healthcare Bill is unconstitutional and that patients should be in more control, rather than politicians.

"I think if the Supreme Court does not strike the law down, polls show a majority people do not favor this health care law and getting enough people elected to the house and senate and the presidency to repeal that law will be one major focus of this year's election," said Thornberry.

He says if the law is repealed, Congress needs to have some sort of replacement for it.
